“I contacted FV in September 2023 for information about the immigration process for my fiancé and myself to be unified together in the USA. I knew nothing of the government’s red tape immigration procedures, but I knew I had found my soulmate and was determined to be with her, whatever the mountain of obstacles I had to conquer.
I researched online for someone to help me and gain info to see if I could possibly accomplish this endeavor by myself. I contacted FV and talked to Lynn about the process and quickly decided that this was something that I probably should obtain professional help with. Any mistakes after the submission of the immigration forms was something I just couldn’t take the chance on, plus the waiting time and the huge monetary expense being paid out to USCIS made my decision a “no-brainer” to hire Filipino Visa.
It was a little beyond my budget, but Lynn worked with me on a payment plan. Trust me, it was worth every dollar as I purchased the maximum plan that helped us through the entire process, even obtaining her green card and adjustment status after our marriage in the US.
In October 2023, I flew to the Philippines and met my fiancé in person, and I visited her for 28 days. We toured beautiful beaches and visited some islands, I met her family, and had the best time of my life. We fell absolutely in love, and I knew I had found “the one.”
I returned back home next month in November, and my fiancé and I started compiling the information, photos, and evidence of our meeting in person for Filipino Visa. The next month, December 2023, Filipino Visa submitted my K1 application petition for my fiancé to USCIS. In August of 2024, she had her US embassy interview for her K1 travel to the USA. She arrived in the USA in September 2024 on her K1 visa. We got married two weeks later, and Filipino Visa submitted her adjustment status application for her green card.
My WIFE just recently received her green card in July 2025. So the total process for us after my first visit took 19 months from the 1st visit to green card, but we married quickly after her arrival, so we didn’t wait the 90-day K1 trial, as I had visited the Philippines twice and we knew our love was legit.
We even had our beautiful child (first for both of us) during our immigration process, and she is a US embassy CRBA USA citizen as well.
Filipino Visa took total control of the immigration process. They handled everything. All we had to do was provide them with the information they requested, and they handled the rest. We actually met our Filipino Visa representative during my visit to the Philippines, and they are “ top notch .”
Thanks, Filipino Visa, for your help. You guys are part of the family now.
In today’s USA immigration process, I highly recommend getting professional help because the government will deny your petition over one simple administrative error.
They will not send you a redo over request these days, like in the past. You will have to start over, and that includes the submission fees. As I said earlier, its a “no-brainer” to get help and we had a great experience with Filipino Visa.
Thanks so much to Mackey and Chers.
We are a complete and happy family now! 🙏”
