Welcome to Christian Filipina. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. You agree to comply with these terms and our Privacy Policy by accessing or using our website. 

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any of these terms, do not register for the service. 
   
   
2. Eligibility - You cannot use our website or become a member if:
   1. You are under 18 years of age.
   2. You are a registered sex offenders.
   3. You have been charged or convicted for child or human trafficking.
   4. You attempt to use the website for any illegal purpose.
   5. You are prohibited from using our service by any applicable law.
   
   
   
3. Appeal request: If we have disabled, deleted, or removed your account because of previous violations of these Terms of Service, you may request an appeal by email to [email protected]. However, accepting or rejecting your membership appeal will be at our sole discretion.
   
   
4. Use of our Website:
   1. This is an online platform for adults to connect. 
   2. You agree not to use our website or our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair our website/business name. 
   
   
   
5. User Accounts: 
   1. To access certain features of our website, you may be required to create an account. 
   2. You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information when creating an account or using our visa preparation services which include, but are not limited to your age, date of birth, etc.
   3. You cannot authorize others to use your membership without our written consent.
   4. You cannot assign or transfer ownership of your account to any other person or entity without the written consent of Christian Filipina.
   5. We recommend creating only one account (your own) and using it for personal purposes. You must not share your password, or give access to your membership/user account to others, without our permission. 
   
   
   
6. Registration and Subscription:
   1. You may register for our services for free. To use our services to initiate communication with other members, you must become a paid member. 
   2. The price list is incorporated by reference as part of this Terms of Service, and we reserve the right, at any time, to change any fees or charges for using our services.
   3. To become a member, you must register for our services (either free or paid subscription model).
   4. When and if you become a member, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form. 
   5. You also agree to keep this information updated and keep it current, accurate, and complete. 
   6. You agree, that if the information provided by you is untrue, we reserve the right to terminate your membership and service provided, without offering a refund. 
   
   
   
7. Subscription Fees and Cancellation:
   1. If you wish to make use of the optional paid levels of service we offer, you accept that these plans are based on a subscription fee that is charged monthly to your credit card on file during your subscription commitment period. 
   2. If you select and start a membership based on a committed payment plan, you may not cancel future payments because you have committed to the full series of payments.
   3. If you wish to cancel an auto-renewal subscription after your initial membership period, you can contact us through our online interface or call us at +1 800-578-1469 to help you with the cancellation process.
   4. If you inadvertently continued your subscription but did not log onto the website for six months; we at our discretion may refund up to a maximum of one month’s subscription fees, or provide complimentary two months of upgraded membership time. 
   5. Cancellation of your membership does not automatically qualify you for a refund (full or partial) or any membership upgrade.
   6. If you have upgraded your membership/subscription level, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the charge is charged to your card. 
   7. If you make use of any features on our website during your initial or subsequent membership/subscription upgrade period; you will not be eligible for the 3-day refund or partial refund or grace period for refund. This includes but is not limited to, logging in, sending messages, receiving messages, sending winks, receiving winks, sending chats, or receiving chats. 
   8. When we charge your credit card, your information will be saved in our secure server using Authorize.net’s Customer Information Manager and possibly in Square or another secure credit card processing service. Any card you use becomes a backup in case your primary payment card fails and will also be saved in this manner. 
   9. If you wish to remove your credit card information or backup payment card information, you can contact us by phone or email for assistance. 
   10. However, if you have committed to a payment plan, you must have at least one working credit card remaining on our file until your payments are completed.
   
   
   
8. Site Credits:
   1. You may have the option to purchase or earn site credits. These credits can be used inside our website to access additional features. 
   2. The credits are not designed to allow the exchange of contact details between members. 
   3. Messages unlocked using site credits are not permitted to contain contact details. 
   4. Any member seeking to exchange contact details should pay for a full upgrade rather than use site credits, but the upgrade would suit their service requirements. 
   5. The site credits are a way to enjoy the company of other members and to get to know them safely inside our website, without the need for a full upgraded subscription package. 
   6. Purchased site credits are non-refundable. They may be transferred to other members via a web interface with our consent. This function may be disabled by us at any time. 
   7. Site credits may also be removed or disabled in the future at our discretion. If you have remaining credits left, they are not refundable.
   8. Messages unlocked using site credits are carefully monitored for fraud, conformity with these Terms of Service, and for the protection of all our members.
   9. Site credits have no cash value once earned, purchased, or transferred.
   
   
   
9. Content on our website:
   1. The opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information made by members on our website/or of members availing of our services, are of those members only, and should not be relied on. 
   2. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on our website, and we neither adopt nor endorse nor are responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made by members, other than us.
   3. Under no circumstances are we responsible or liable for any loss or damage resulting from anyone’s reliance on information or content posted on our website. 
   4. We reserve the right, but are under no obligation, to monitor the materials and content posted on our website (public or private areas of service).
   5. We also reserve the right to remove such material or content, if such material or content violates these Terms of Service or the law in the jurisdiction where the member posting them is present. 
   6. You and/ or any member(s) are solely responsible for any content or material you post in the public areas of our website. We are also not responsible or liable for any private emails/messages/other forms of communication shared by you or member(s) outside our website using any third-party service. 
   
   
   
10. Privacy: 
    1. Your personal information will be stored on our computers/servers.
    2. You consent to us using this information to build up a profile of interests, preferences and browsing patterns, and to allow you to participate in the services we offer. 
    3. If you are outside the United States, please note that the information you provide is being sent to the United States.
    4. By becoming a member, you consent to your information being sent to the United States, and such third parties and jurisdictions as may be involved in the provision and operation of the services provided. 
    5. We do not sell your data to advertisers, or our paid partners, and we do not share information that directly identifies you (such as your name, email address, or other contact information) with our paid partners/advertisers unless you give us specific permission.

11. Disclaimer:
    1. We provide services on an “as is” basis, and as such there is no warranty of any kind on the services provided, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. 
    2. We do not guarantee that the service provided will be secure, uninterrupted, and always error-free that the service meets your requirements, or that any defects in service will be corrected. 
    3. Although each member must agree to these Terms of Service, we cannot guarantee that each member is 18 years of age or older, nor do we accept responsibility or liability for any content, communication, or use of our service by persons under 18 in violation of these Terms of Service. 
    4. It is also possible that there may be members or users who are unauthorized and may post or transmit offensive or obscene content/materials to others or use our service to do so, and you may involuntarily be exposed to such content/material. If this happens, please report such users/content to us by contacting us at our email address:[email protected]. 
    5. We are not responsible or liable for any personal information you share on our website. We disclaim all liability from acts or omissions of any members or users’ posts on our website (including unauthorized users or bots) whether such acts or omissions were done during the term of these Terms of Service. 
    6. We do not control or direct what users/members do or say on our website (or off our website online, or offline), and therefore are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or conduct (whether online or offline) or any content they share (including offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful, and other objectionable content).
    7. We cannot predict when issues might arise with our services/website. Accordingly, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and in no event shall exceed the amount the user/member has paid us. 
    
    
    
12. Deletion of Data:
    1. If you wish to have your data or information deleted, or removed from our website, you can send us a request by email at [email protected]  or by calling us here. 
    2. If you wish to have your Facebook or other social media integration removed (which allows you to log in with your Facebook account and allows your name and profile picture to be shared from Facebook to our website), follow these steps:
    1. Go to your Facebook Account’s “Settings & Privacy” Section. 
    2. Scroll down to “Permissions” and select “Apps and Websites”.
    3. Scroll down until you find “Christian Filipina”. 
    4. Select Christian Filipina, and click “Remove”.
    
    
    
13. Term:These Terms and Conditions of Service shall remain in full force and effect while you use our services and/or are a member. 
    
    
14. Termination:
    1. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by following the instructions on the Member Services page of the service, or upon a written notice to us by email at: [email protected] 
    2. You may also terminate your membership by removing your profile, at any time, for any reason, with or without explanation, effective upon sending an email notice to us at: [email protected].
    3. We may also terminate your membership by removing your profile from our website by sending an email to you.
    4. If we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions of Service, we may also suspend or terminate your account without notice.
    5. If you violate these Terms and Conditions of Service, you will not be entitled to any refund of your subscription fees.
    6. Once your membership is terminated, we may continue to suspend your membership or services offered.
    7. We may also terminate your membership under any of the following circumstances: 
    1. You are impersonating or attempting to impersonate any person or entity;
    2. You are stalking or harassing or attempting to stalk or harass another member or our representative;
    3. You are making or attempting to make statements express or implied stating that it was endorsed by us without our prior written consent to any other member or third party;
    4. You are using or attempting to use a robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve or mine data to reproduce our services to a third–party;
    5. You are posting or distributing, or reproducing or attempting to  post, distribute, or reproduce copyrighted material or trademarked goods/services or other proprietary rights information without obtaining prior consent of the owner of such rights;
    6. You are removing or attempting to remove copyrighted, trademarked, or other proprietary rights materials from our website/service;
    7. You are posting or attempting to post, email, or otherwise transmit material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any of our computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
    8. You are forging or attempting to forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any information transmitted through our service/website;
    9. You are mirroring or attempting to mirror any part of our website or service offered without our written consent;
    10. You are using or attempting to use meta tags or codes or other devices containing any reference to us or the service we offer, or our website to direct a person to some other website for any other purpose(s); 
    11. You are or attempting to modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile, or otherwise disassemble any portion of our service/website or enabling or attempting to enable others to do so; 
    12. You are directly or indirectly soliciting or attempting to solicit money or gifts from other members, or advertising or attempting to advertise other services on our website; 
    
    
    
15. Representations and Warranties:
    1. You represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 
    2. You represent and warrant that you are using the services on our website for your personal use only.
    3. You represent and warrant to us that the information posted on your profile, including your photograph(s), is posted by you, and that you are the exclusive author of your profile information and owner of your photographs.
    4. You represent and warrant to us that the profile pictures and text you use on your profile are not subject to the copyright of any individual or entity, and that you have the right to use them.
    5. If the images are not of you or have not been taken by you, or the text used is copyrighted material owned by a third party, we may remove such text and image(s) from our website. 
    
    
    
16. Use of our Service/Website:
    1. You cannot engage in advertising, or solicitation, of other members to buy or sell any products or services through our website.
    2. You cannot transmit any chain letters or junk email to other members.
    3. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members.
    4. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor and/or mediate disputes between you and other members. 
    5. You shall not transmit personal contact information through our website in any manner not consistent with the laws of the United States, the Philippines, or any other jurisdiction you reside in.
    6. You will not use our free or paid upgraded account for advertising or publicity of any kind without our prior written permission.
    7. You cannot sell, license, or purchase any data obtained from us or our website. 
    8. You are solely responsible for any information or content you display or post on our website or transmit to other members.
    9. You shall not post or transmit to other members or to our employees, agents, or contractors, any information that is defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually explicit, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, illegal, bullying, trolling, or any material that infringes or violates any other members or third-party’s rights (including, but not limited to intellectually property rights, or rights of privacy).
    10. You cannot use anatomically offensive, sexually offending, or sexually suggestive language in your profile.
    11. You cannot post pictures containing nudity, personal contact information, or information that is deliberately inaccurate.
    12. We reserve the right to reject/remove text/picture/content that does not meet these guidelines. In this case, you shall not be entitled to any refund.
    13. You agree that we cannot be held liable for any deletion, corruption, or failure to store any messages or other content transmitted by our service. You accept and acknowledge that the features of our website, and the parameters of our service, may change at any time. 
    14. You agree and acknowledge that we reserve the right to sign out, terminate, delete, or purge your account from our website if your profile is inactive (which means that you have not signed into your account for 12 months or more).
    
    
    
17. Communication with us: 
    1. Any email communication sent from us to you is sent to make your online experience on our website more enjoyable. By becoming a member you agree to receive emails from us that may include “Your Match” emails, emails informing you about events and parties we organize, emails on promotions we run, and emails on change of services offered. You may opt out of receiving these emails by changing your preferences in the “Edit My Settings” section on your profile.
    2. Our customer service representatives are here to enhance your experience using our website and services. While interacting with our representatives over the phone or email, you or any other means, you undertake not to be abusive, obscene, use profanities, or use offensive, sexually explicit, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or bullying language. If any of our representatives find your language or conduct offensive, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your membership, and you shall not be entitled to a refund.
    
    
    
18. Intellectual Property:
    1. Our website and its original content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to database rights, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), copyrights (whether registered or unregistered), trademarks (whether registered or unregistered), and other similar rights; whenever existing in the world are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. 
    2. We also have the right to apply to protect such rights.
    3. You shall not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website, or while using our services without our written consent. 
    
    
    
19. Limitation of Liability:
    1. In no event will we be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to damages for loss of data, loss of programs, cost of procurement of substitute services, or service interruptions) arising out of the use of or inability to use the service.
    2. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms of Service, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you for the service during the term of your membership. 
    3. We do not conduct background checks or otherwise screen members registering for our service in any comprehensive way. 
    4. We cannot establish and do not attempt to establish whether the members are real or who they claim to be, although it is a requirement under these Terms of Service that members are not permitted to post fake personal details or misrepresent their age pretending to be  18 years or older when they are minors. As a result, we cannot be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, incidental/or consequential, arising out of the use of our service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising out of communicating and/or meeting with other members online or offline. 
    5. We are also not liable for any property loss, bodily injury, loss of profits, revenues, information, data, or emotional distress or discomfort that results from such communication or interaction. 
    6. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access or use of our website or related to these Terms of Service. 
    
    
    
20. Mail Order Bride Services: 
    1. Ours is an internet-based social service that facilitates contact between members who may or may not seek friendship or a relationship. 
    2. We are not a marriage brokering service, mail-order bride service or matchmaking service. 
    3. Our company is under no obligation to broker any member(s) for you. 
    4. Our website shall not be taken to, in any way aid, procure, promote, or provide “Mail Order Bride” marriage, and matchmaking services to its users/members.
    5. You acknowledge that the jurisdiction in which you reside may prohibit the advertisement of marriage/matchmaking services or the solicitation of persons to partake in marriages.
    6. If you reside in the Philippines, Belarus, or any other jurisdiction that prohibits marriage/matchmaking/mail-order bride services to its residents, then you hereby warrant, represent, and covenant that you shall not use our service/website for any purpose that may breach any legislation prohibiting such activities in your jurisdiction. You hereby acknowledge and accept that it is solely your responsibility to ensure that you are not contravening any legislation in your jurisdiction prohibiting such mail-order bride marriages/ relationships/ matchmaking services. 
    7. While we offer both free and paid subscription models to allow you to communicate with other members using our website/services; any connections you form using our website/service are completely your action and are not what you are paying us for. 
    8. Your subscription fees are used by us to remove scammers, monitor our website and services, provide researched articles, receive benefits of our membership discount program, and higher level website features that include, but are not limited to access to our group forum, advice articles, and access to our visit lists. 
    9. You are solely responsible for any friendships or relationships you have whether with people/members/users on our website or otherwise, whether you were using our services/website or not, or whether you used our published articles, or consulted our staff, or not.  
    10. The Philippines has enacted laws such as RA 6955 (1990) on Mail Order Brides, and the United States has enacted the International Marriage Brokerage Regulation Act of 2005 (IMBRA,  Title D of Public Law 109-162) for regulating websites that provide marriage brokerage or mail-order bride services. We believe that based on these established criteria, these laws do not apply to our services/website. If you seek relationship matchmaking services or mail-order bride services governed by these laws, you are prohibited from doing so using our website/services. 
    
    
    
21. Complaints:

    2. If you have paid for a service, and subsequently want to dispute the charge, you are required to contact us first before such dispute.
    3. If you dispute the charge with your bank without talking to us first, we have records of the IP addresses you used and the complete user/member history of your use of the site which may be provided in full to both the bank and credit collection agencies. 
    
    
    
22. Marketing Partners:
    1. We may invite marketing partners to assist us in spreading the message about our website/services. We have a reward program to compensate partners who help us.
    2. We may pay referral commissions to these partners. Our partners are welcome to advertise on our website in any legal and moral way, except they are not allowed to utilize click campaigns in which they compete with our campaigns/services or utilize our name, “Christian Filipina” as the keyword text, business name, or trademark, or any other way that gives them a profit/any benefit by posing as Christian Filipina. 
    3. Any leads or sales from click campaigns with our direct name “Christian Filipina” as keyword text will not be valid, and the penalty will be your account suspension for 90-180 days.

23.  Links to Third-Party Websites: Our website may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Together Light Inc. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Together Light Inc. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
    
    
24. Change to Terms:We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect, unless changes are required by law. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
    
    
25. Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed under the laws of New Hampshire (United States of America), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. These Terms of Service shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded.
    
    
26. Dispute Resolution:
    1. In the event of a dispute arising related to the terms of this Terms of Service, the dispute shall be resolved by binding virtual arbitration. 
    2. The laws of New Hampshire, United States of America shall govern the arbitration. 
    3. The arbitrator shall be mutually appointed by the Parties, and paid for by the disputing Party. 
    4. If the Parties cannot agree on an arbitrator, an arbitrator shall be chosen at random from https://www.nhmediators.org/.
    5. The rules of arbitration shall be the Non-Administered Arbitration Rules listed under the CPR’s website as the most current at the time of the dispute. 
    6. Any ambiguity between the arbitration rules and these Terms of Service shall be resolved in favor of these Terms of Service. 
    7. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
    
    
    
27. Severability: If any portion of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and if it cannot be made enforceable, then it will be severed and the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect.
    
    
28. Waiver:If we fail to enforce any of these Terms of Service, it will not be considered a waiver.
    
    
29. Amendment: Any amendment to or waiver of these Terms of Service will be made in writing and signed by us.
    
    
30. Other:We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
