Semi-retired academic with a background in life sciences and healthcare. Planning to retire early and find some 'me' time as my youngest child is off to university next year. Well traveled internationally (my three children are mixed British/Asian ethnicity), I enjoy exploring the English countryside and staying in quirky cottages. I appreciate architecture, film, theatre, music and literature over lying on a beach which bores me senseless. I am looking for a kind, well-educated mature woman (50 ) with a view to a life-long relationship and regular travel.
