I’m the guy who can turn a house into a home, but I’m still trying to figure out how to fold a fitted sheet without starting a small construction project.

I’m a dad, entrepreneur, traveler, outdoors guy, and professional overthinker when it comes to choosing what to order at a restaurant. I’ve spent years flipping houses, so I know how to fix a leaky faucet, remodel a kitchen, and occasionally make questionable decisions after saying, “How hard could it be?”

I’m happiest somewhere sunny, near the water, exploring somewhere I’ve never been, or having a completely unnecessary dance party in the kitchen.

I’m not looking for someone just to fill a spot on the calendar. I’m looking for my person—someone who can laugh until their stomach hurts, try new things, jump in the car for an unexpected adventure, and still enjoy a quiet night at home.

* I like travel, beaches, sunshine and the outdoors.
* I believe life is too short to take yourself too seriously.
* I’ll probably suggest doing something neither of us has ever done before.
* I’m competitive enough to care, but mature enough to pretend I don’t.
* I can fix most things… eventually.
* I’m looking for something real, not a pen pal with excellent texting skills.

Bonus points if you can make me laugh, tolerate spontaneous adventures, and don’t mind dancing in the kitchen.

Basically, I’m looking for someone who wants to build something great together—not just swipe right and hope for the best.
