I am being photo bombed by the bird behind me. Yes maybe you smiled. I hope you like a man who will make you smile and laugh!
I do have a few hobbies, travel (32 countries so far), and to know different cultures. I like to help people. I will sometimes go out of my way to help someone.
I know that everyone struggles with insecurity but a lady should know who they are in Christ and find security in that. Not second guessing their relationships (with Jesus and with people), wishing they were someone different, wondering what others think. Again – I do this too but as Christians we should feel and be secure in who we are as a brother and sister in Christ.
A women I highly respect is full of grace and serving, but knows what she wants and how she’ll get it done through Christ our Lord and Savior.
My personal interests are activities someone enjoys outside of work, such as playing sports, racing cars, spending time with family, watching movies, opera and reading. I like to cook and look forward to cooking for the someone special. I like to watch the sunsets. I have other hobbies but we will discuss more as we get to know each other!
Yes even though I am divorced and one day will share the experience as to why it came to pass . I am still seeking the one person who I will truly wish to be with forever. The one who will be beside me as I am beside her. Yes i did say i want you beside me not behind or in front but right beside me. I believe in marriage is a sacrament. But there are reasons I cannot disclose here as to why mine ended. If we are to be together do not let your heart be troubled instead pray for guidance.
I would like to meet someone who has the same interests as i do, who is willing to be patient with me, understanding, romantic, likes to hold hands, walking on the beach while we whisper sweet nothings and still want to talk with each other during the night and in the morning and everyday of our lives. I believe in treating that special one just as i want to be treated. The biggest request is someone to learn more with the Holy Bible and to of course attend church on a regular basis as we follow Gods will in our lives.
Some Bible verses to share :
Genesis 1:27-28: “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. And God blessed them. And God said to them, 'Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.'
Ecclesiastes 4:9: “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone?"
Ephesians 5:25: “For husbands, this means love your wives, just as Christ loved the church. He gave up his life for her."
Genesis 2:24: “Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh."
Ecclesiastes 4:12: “Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken."
Mark 10:9: “Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate."
Ephesians 5:25-33: “Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, so that he might present the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish. In the same way husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ does the church
Romans 13:8: “Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law."
1 Corinthians 13:4-5: “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs."
1 Corinthians 13:2: “If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing."
1 Corinthians 16:14: “Do everything in love."
Song of Solomon 8:7: “Many waters cannot quench love; rivers cannot wash it away. If one were to give all the wealth of his house for love, it would be utterly scorned."
Psalm 143:8: “Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life."
Proverbs 3:3-4: “Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man."
1 John 4:16: “And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them."
Ephesians 4:2: “Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love."
1 Peter 4:8: “Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins."
John 15:12: “My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you."
1 Corinthians 13:13: “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love."
I’m not looking for a phony’ follower of Christ. A lady who claims to be a Christian but who’s life does not reflect this. Having a religion without the relationship with Jesus. I only say this because i volunteer in my church and it may not suit you if you are not an active in going to church. My Lord comes first and then my family. How else to show the faithful by helping in the church you belong to. If you would like to join me in helping the Church, Praying together, and worshiping. I will let the God guide your heart to me.
