Hello everyone! I just joined this site on 05/20/25. I am an American-born Filipino and English is my primary language. Both my parents are full-blood Filipinos originally from the Ilocus Sur region.
My interests include photography, riding motorcycles, and playing guitar. My friends describe me as easy-going, friendly and genuine. I adapt to my surroundings and I love to make people around me laugh. I am told often I look younger than my age. And my photos posted were taken within the last 2-3 years with my current profile photo taken in January earlier this year. I am relatively healthy but I can always do better. I have two tattoos that are not visible unless I am wearing shorts or a sleeveless shirt.
I have not been in a serious relationship for 15 years. And I have been divorced for 25 years to an American woman. I have three children who are all adults now and living on their own except for my son who lives with me, my brother and my parents; we all help to take care of my parents. They are still self-sufficient but we are in the same home if anything happens where they need help of any kind as there is always one of us home at all times.
My faith (Christian Non-Denomination) is important to me so I am looking for a partner who shares the same faith and is a believer in Christ. I am also active in the church ministry as a photographer on the social media team and one of several guitar players for the worship team.
My favorite verses are Jeremiah 29:11 and Galatians 6:9. And my love languages are 'Words of Encouragement' (both giving and receiving) and 'Physical Touch'.
What have I learned from my past marriage and relationships? Good, sound relationships are Christ-centered. They are not dictated, controlled, and/or manipulated by one person (whether it is from the man or woman). It is a shared journey with shared experiences and constantly needs to be invested into and nurtured, like a plant, in order to continue and thrive.
