I am a retired Federal civil servant living in Northern Virginia in the USA and am a practicing Roman Catholic. I am divorced with an annulment granted by the Catholic Church.
I am a devout Catholic who seeks to do God's Will in my life. I have a somewhat laid-back personality and am happy just staying home and doing things but also like going out and trying new things too. I would like to see more movies but there is not much good out there. The last movie theatre movie I saw was WHEN THE GAME STANDS TALL which was very respectfully done.

I had been doing US Navy submarine work most of my career, first some time as a Naval Officer and finally as a civil servant for the Naval Sea Systems Command in Washington DC.
My hobbies include daily exercise, collecting Military and Law Enforcement
gear, precious metals (especially silver) collecting, and searching Ebay for cool items. I am looking for an attractive lady in her early to mid 40's or younger for marriage and children (if possible). I have arthritis in one of my hips that causes me to walk with a limp; I take supplements and use muscle ointments in efforts to reduce the pain and make walking easier. UPDATE: I AM NOW RETIRED FROM FEDERAL CIVIL SERVICE AS OF 30 NOVEMBER 2012.

PSS I would also prefer to meet someone who is a practicing ROMAN CATHOLIC like I am. Having the same religion is important to me since it will make our faith in and service to God easier in my opinion.
