Recently widowed... and after many months of agony... beginning to realize that I may need a compassionate helpmate and partner for the rest of my time on earth. I am what most people would call a "born again Christian". I don't really think that being born again is attached to any particular church or denomination. It's all about understanding what it is to be a child of God... and to be a part of His kingdom. By the way, I am a long way from being perfect... that is most certainly why I need the saving grace of my Lord Jesus Christ. I am a good listener... better at writing than at talking... enjoy creating. Have been involved in orphan ministry for about 12 years now. I have traveled quite a bit in my life, but have never been to the Philippines. Based on what little I know about the Philippines right now, I think I would enjoy living there for a year or so... but probably would want to eventually return to the USA. Lord willing, I hope to come to the Philippines later this year. God bless you in your journey!
