Mariel

I work from home as a Technical Trainer for a US-based VoIP company and have been a solo parent for 12 years to two wonderful daughters, ages 16 and 14. As they’ve become more independent, I’m excited to focus on meeting someone who shares similar values—kindness, respect, peace, and enjoying the simple things in life.

I love the outdoors, especially hiking in the mountains. I’ve explored many beautiful peaks in the Philippines, both solo and with groups. When I’m home, you can find me enjoying movies, playing my ukulele, reading, or listening to music and podcasts. I also enjoy catching live music when I can and waking up early to enjoy a peaceful sunrise.

I’m fairly organized and enjoy maintaining balance in my life, but I also love learning new things and having fun along the way. My dream is to one day live in a serene, colder climate surrounded by nature, leading a peaceful and sustainable life with someone special by my side.
