I don't ever rush to talk about myself - but here goes. I would welcome finding love with a friend and partner. I am looking for someone to make a special connection with.

I value truth, loyalty, empathy, creativity and perseverance. I enjoy long conversations, long walks, long movies, long-hot showers, and long pieces of music. I like slow-roasted meals, slow dancing, slow days at the beach, slow reads, slow-rolling rivers and slowly discovering another person. Kissing? Perhaps a mix of both long amd slow.

I think that trust is best given freely; without caution or reservation. I hope that my friends and partner are better with me than without. I find my happiness in making them them happy. I don't really understand 'young at heart'. Is there actually anyone out there who wants to be 'old at heart?'

I enjoy good health and general fitness. I walk, ride and jog. I am also a nerd. Computers, Star Trek, Star Wars, GoT, LoTR, Marvel, Diablo and Candy Crush. Inspired by all types and genres of music - but Metal music is my go-to. Work is a passion. I am fiscally sound.

I like the being there part of travel. Getting there not so much. I like exploring new places - both man-made and natural. I can like being both active and inactive. I like both cooking at home and going to restaurants. I like bing-watching and going to the movies. I love spending time with my daughters and marvel at how remarkable they both are. I prefer closer groups than larger crowds.
