A little more about me:
I joined this site about 20 months ago since I was to work a long duration project in the Philippines. I have always had a kinship with Filipino friends here in USA. I have complete respect and admiration of Filipino family values, as they reflect a common theme of my own family's traditional European Catholic values.
I've noticed on this site that many ladies have mentioned that they are "God Fearing" ... I like to think of God as loving and nothing to fear. I like to consider myself a child of God, and having the free will to make God proud and happy with me. God is love to me, and I hope I find love in the Philippines with God's blessings.
My primary attraction since I was very young has always been to Filipina women. So the project I was supposed to work on for a client in the travel industry would have been a great chance to visit the Philippines and possibly meet my soul mate and future wife.
However, that was put on hold because of travel restrictions and limits on work visa length. Now with the project revived I will have the opportunity to work there for up to 12 months with a possible extension pending the progress of the project.
The project entails visiting tourist locations, and recording video endorsements of travelers, and Filipino merchants and locals via influencer hosted interviews. Most of my client's content will be based on resort life, culture, food, music / entertainment and what makes the Philippines a uniquely desired vacation destination.
I felt I needed to put out my primary reason for my visit there. However, my secondary intention is to meet the love of my life, and make her the primary reason for the rest of my life.
My reluctance to upgrade on this site, has more to do with not committing a financial obligation to the site, until I can clearly make a date to come to Philippines without frustrating a specific potential partner. I don't like the mass shopping for love effect of dating sites. I only need and want ONE WOMAN. So this site gives a good place to get to know someone more before I travel. Perhaps it's better to join one of those speed dating sites when I get there. I would love to try this method first.
