First, thank you so much for stopping by to view my profile. I know your time is valuable and to know that you allowed me to be a small part of your day…even if only for a brief moment means a lot to me.

A little bit about me:

As the profile says, I stand 6.1 ft in height (185.9 cm), my weight fluctuates and thanks in part to COVID forcing me to work from home I am eating much better and working out regularly. Currently, at 229lbs (104 kg) and my goal is to be 205lbs (93kg) or less by mid-year 2021. I love to work out on the treadmill, cycle, and elliptical, as well as lifting weights in my home gym.

I am educated with a PhD and two master’s degrees. I work in the field of public health information technology. Yes, COVID and the related needs of the population to stay healthier is keeping us all very busy. I do hope you and your circle of family and friends are staying safe, healthy, and secure.

I have never been married and have no children…I guess I have been married to my career and education for a very long time. COVID has changed my thinking and made me realize I need to build a legacy and I have decided to prioritize a wife and child above all else. I am eager to have a child soon even if I must be a single dad. If I am lucky enough to meet a beautiful woman on this site, I know that we will still need time to build a bond of trust, friendship, and companionship. My greatest hope is that my child (probably a baby girl), your child/children if you have, and any children we might have together can all become one great happy family.

My hobbies include cooking, music (mostly jazz, gospel, some R&B-soul, reggae) but I love all types of music that I can play my saxophone to (amateur at best 😊), I love sports (football-NY Giants, basketball-NY Knicks, and baseball-NY Yankees), I love to read, I am still writing my very first novel, and I love being home watching movies and taking care of my house. I have a house I live in the Atlanta, Georgia area and have a home I rent out in Durham, North Carolina. I was born and raised in Jersey City, NJ (where my mom and sister and her children live). My father’s (now passed away) family is in North Carolina. I like the big city but can easily see myself raising my child in a small rural town in the Rocky Mount or Tarboro area of NC or someplace similar. So, finding someone that enjoys quiet, simple, country-style living will be nice. It can be boring, but it is a nice place to raise a child.


A little about what I am looking for:

I don’t ask for much other than that you have a character that is sweet and allows me to re-discover a side of me that often gets hidden from the world. We work in this world, compete, and push to thrive professionally and personally. However, we often lose our own spirit for the simple, the sweet, the gentle, and softer side of life. That is what I would want to see in you most of all. Perhaps this is why I want to have a child and a little girl first. I know I would have to call upon this part of me to raise a daughter and even become a good husband.

I have served 4 years in the U.S. Navy many, many years ago, and half of one of those years was spent in the Philippines. I loved my time there and met many wonderful people. I love and respect your culture, your people, and your food. I did not stay long enough nor was I mature enough back then to appreciate her and possibly even marry such a good woman I fell in love with. I hope that I can correct that mistake with someone special that I meet here on CF.

I hope to find a woman that puts family first and will help me to shine in my career and I can help her to shine and anyway she wishes my support.
