Hi,
I’m a Fil-Am and checking out the motherland for the 10th time. I love your country so much I’ll apply for dual citizenship and you make the Philippines my adopted country. Next year I plan to reside in Puerto Prinsesa and Cubao, Quezon City.
I have a coffee shop, across from SM North and a big condo, in Pasig City. My coffee shop is up for sale and my condo is changing ownership in a few days. I’m planning to buy a condo, in the Manhattan, across from Ali Mall. I will open up my Airbnb property, in Puerto Prinsesa, while I’m there, this week.
I’m retiring, next year. I am an education instruction specialist. I will continue to teach, in my old age. I enrolled in a a two year program and will be certified as an elite/master personal trainer, just in time when I open a small gym, on my Airbnb property.
Even though I’m an old guy, I have the mind, soul, and body of a 40 year old. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same with my face. Fathers time just won’t leave my face alone. I’m hyperkinetic. So far, I haven’t had much luck with women in their 50’s and 60’s. The ones that I attract don’t have the desire to stay in shape physically, mentally, and spiritually.
With my business enterprises at home and in my adopted country, I plan to use them to fund my outreach ministry for underprivileged kids and kids with severe disabilities. I’ll be training with a leader in kids ministry, next June. God really blessed me with good and bad experiences and molded me to help populate His kingdom through my ministry. I believe I’ll certainly have challenges from the devil but God is bigger than the Prince of Darkness and He will prevail!!!
