VEGAN.
God set us in a garden and gave us fruit and plants to eat. Good enough for me.
I am vegan for ethical reasons.
I expect my wife and children to follow my example. It is not difficult...it is a tiny bit different. ;)
Think of it this way; if I would never hurt an animal...well, then I would never hurt you.

VIRTUOUS.
I\'m no saint. Maybe I\'m not even a very good man, but I try to be.
I DO NOT SMOKE.
I DO NOT DRINK.
I DO NOT LIE.
I DO NOT CHEAT.
I try never to hurt anyone or anything.
I am flawed.

VITAL.
I\'m certainly not a baby anymore.
I am more quiet than I used to be - I was crazy long ago. *laugh*
But I am still strong and healthy.
I work long hours.
I don\'t run to the doctor when I feel down.
Men should be men.

VALIANT.
I believe in bravery and honor.
I\'ll fight for you with words, swords, fists, hard work or stillness. Whatever the situation demands.
I guide my family.
I defend my family.
I protect what is mine.

VIGILANT.
It is easy to stand strong for a day, a month or even a year.
If you are mine...I will stand strong for you until this life is over.
A husband never stops caring for his family.
He never stops standing guard.
He is tireless in his anticipation of danger or hazards.
He tries to anticipate every need.
But this burden is a treasure.
This task is a gift.
