First, my only goal here is to find a compatible Christian woman who finds me as compatible for her goals as I find her. I am not simply seeking a marriage. I am seeking the components of a happy relationship. To that end, both of us must be serious in our review of the other.

And for that reason, I will be extremely honest with you (and all information in this profile is accurate).

I am Christian. This does not equal to my looking sad and brooding about the conditions of the world. It does result in my making decisions based upon what I believe I am to do as a Christian. I value attending church, and growing in my Christian understanding. For this reason, I believe only a Christian woman will understand and appreciate me as a spouse. I know that some things a Christian will do, as a matter of course, will confound a non-Christian. Why burden a non-believing wife with a Christian man (and possibly threaten a happy home and children)? I want a Christian woman for a relationship leading to marriage for my sake, her sake, and the sake of future children.

I have 2 sisters, I am the middle child of my parents. My parents are still married.

I work for the city of Sacramento's electric utility company as a forecast analyst. I have worked here for 20 years.

I have never been married, I do not have any children.

I have a variety of interests, indoors and outdoors (and depending on the time of year).

First, I enjoy music. I play cello in a number of musical organizations in this area, and I am asked to play throughout the year.

On occasion, when there is an interesting occurrence, I will take a telescope and enjoy a few hours looking at the stars.

During the summer months, I enjoy hiking and camping. It would be nice to find someone equally interested, but not necessary. Hiking for a week without a shower is not many women's interest, I respect that.

I am a relatively peaceful guy, but another hobby is shooting firearms. I have weapons at home, and I am allowed to conceal and carry. It is not a major hobby, but I attend the gun range at least a couple of times per month.

A new hobby is bee keeping. I have a bee hive in my backyard.

Before allowing myself any of the above joys, I have chores and requirements to attend around the house. I actually like fixing things around the house......but the fact that I enjoy working on my house does not equate to my being good at working on the house.

I try, though.

Everything is suppressed by church attendance, though. nothing is attended more than my church attendance. It actually bothers me to do more of anything (accept work, of course) than church.

And that brings us back to why I need a Christian woman for a relationship leading to marriage.....

Please be affectionate, adventurous, comfortable making friends, family minded, , caring in personality, and able to meet adversity with a good heart and a smile.

We will.then be very compatible!
