I found Christian Filipina through TrustPilot, looking for a platform that could offer serious relationship opportunities, with a rating that would indicate it\u2019s not a scam. I use TrustPilot for my businesses, and Christian Filipina was the highest-rated service I came across, although I had never heard of it before. I signed up for three months, and after I posted, I connected with Marilyn, one of their romance consultants\u2014she\u2019s amazing!<\/p>\n
Even though Christian Filipina had a good rating, I was still a bit skeptical. I thought it might be a waste of time, but I decided to give it a try. I was overwhelmed with attention, more than I ever dreamed possible at my age.<\/p>\n
I have a rule: if someone is younger than my oldest daughter, they\u2019re too young. Even my daughter said, \u201cDad, as long as they\u2019re older than me, I don\u2019t care.\u201d I had people both younger and older trying to get my attention, and they were all polite and engaging.<\/p>\n
The first few weeks, I wasn\u2019t really feeling it. That\u2019s quite an unusual thing to say for someone who\u2019s really enjoying getting to know each other.\u201d She told me upfront that it might be a dead-end street because of the laws in the Philippines.<\/p>\n
After that, we decided to pursue our relationship. Joan is a smart lady, and together we\u2019re stronger than either one of us apart. Joan did her research, and I helped as much as I could. We tackled the problem together and managed to solve it in record time, even though people were saying it would take 3-5 years. We did it in less than a year.<\/p>\n
If a guy really wants to pursue a serious relationship, he needs to be actively engaged\u2014it can’t just be an internet relationship and it didn\u2019t take me long to decide that if Joan was in Dubai, then that\u2019s where I needed to be. So, I went to Dubai, and we hit it off!<\/p>\n
When I came back to the US, I couldn\u2019t wait to go back to Dubai so I took care of some businesses and went back to Dubai. We had a fantastic, budding relationship, and after a year and five months, we got engaged. It\u2019s been amazing.<\/p>\n
Joan had been working in the UAE for about 12 years. When she left Dubai and returned to the Philippines, I followed her there to ask her father for her hand in marriage.<\/p>\n
I had actually been married to a soulmate who passed away from cancer seven years ago. I never expected to find someone who could fill that place in my life. But I did find someone\u2014Joan is a soulmate, and she\u2019s amazing! The hallmark of our relationship is honesty & transparency. We literally have no secrets and we deal with everything together.<\/p>\n
Even though she\u2019s far away, there\u2019s no hesitation whatsoever. I can\u2019t wait to get her here and show her the world.<\/p>\n
