"Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter." I always agreed with that Mark Twain quote, and it's true! My life is as active and engaging today as when I was 30. Perhaps even more so, because I've learned that life is to be enjoyed. Every moment.
As for me, I love to be out and about, but also crave an evening at home in front of a fire with a glass of wine, some music, or a good book. (I'm particularly fond of Rhythm & Blues, Pinot Noir, and biographies.) I love to dance, move, and have fun. And anything to do with water: boating, rafting, or swimming is a welcome pastime.
