I am a BORN-AGAIN CHRISTIAN. Jesus is my LORD and SAVIOR. I love the Lord because He first loved me. "We love Him because He first loved us." 1 John 4:19 I am a sinner saved by God's grace. Jesus lived a perfect life in my place. He also took my sins and was punished for them in my place when He suffered and died on the cross. I deserve God's wrath in Hell, but He lived and died and rose again for me so that I could have Him and His love in Heaven. I am looking for a woman who believes these same things about herself.

If you love Me, you will keep My commandments. John 14:15

Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. 1 John 2:3

Fear God and keep His commandments,
For this is man’s all.
For God will bring every work into judgment,
Including every secret thing,
Whether good or evil. Ecclesiastes 12:13-14

Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant. And whoever of you desires to be first shall be slave of all. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.” Mark 10:43-45

If those verses describe your life's desire, then we will have the most important thing in common. I want someone I will have a real connection with because we want to serve the Lord and His Church together. We need to have a ministry in mind that we want the Lord to use us for. If He does not want us to minister in what we have in mind, we must be open to wherever He leads us. That's the only way I will feel comfortable about any age gap, money, cultural differences, or anything else.

It is good for a woman to want a man who will love, care, and provide for her. It is also good for woman to want to love, respect and take care of a man. I want a woman who wants those things most of all. I don't want a woman who's primary motivation for wanting to get to know me is money. In other words, I think it's okay for you to want to have a better life as long as you have the right priorities. I have seen the poverty in the Philippines that could make that difficult. I think it's also okay for me to want a beautiful Filipina for my wife. I must make sure her beauty is not my primary motivation for wanting her. I already made that mistake.

And the Lord God said, “It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him.” Genesis 2:8

Maybe I would be good for someone here. Marriage is not about getting but giving. Hopefully, by God's grace, I would do that. I know it will be far from perfect, but I hope I can help someone to become more like Christ. I would also like someone who will help me become more like Christ.

I believed the Bible teaches that three things are most important when seeking a spouse: Godliness, good companionship, and physical attraction. The physical will fade while the Godliness and companionship should grow.

I believe that Reformed Theology as stated in The Five Solas of the Reformation and The Doctrines of Grace accurately represent what the Bible teaches about God and man. But only the Word of God is inerrant and infallible. Studying The Five Solas and the Doctrines of Grace will help you understand me and know if you would be interested in me.

I like to joke and laugh and have fun. I think God has a sense of humor. Just look at me! :) I want a helper (Genesis 2:20-24) who is a Godly woman and good companion. I want us to have the joy of the Lord together for life. :)

Then he said to them, “Go your way, eat the fat, drink the sweet, and send portions to those for whom nothing is prepared; for this day is holy to our Lord. Do not sorrow, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.” Nehemiah 8:10

I'm divorced against my will. Our church and I did everything we could to get my ex to change her mind. Eventually she was living with her boyfriend. She didn't want to give him up.

I said, "Not sure", about wanting children because it depends on who the Lord gives me.

Just like all the ladies here, I want someone who will love my daughter too.

If you got to the end of this novel, you probably can tell that I would love to have a regular Bible study partner who loves the Word of God. I pray God gives me that desire of my heart.
