I'm an artist. God and Christ and the Bible are the major focuses of my life, as well as my art and serving others according to God's desire.

I am NOT, however, into being judgmental of others though.

I'm a 75 year young :) artist (oil painting, drawing, sculpture) and devout Christian of Jewish origin. (technically that is called a Messianic Jew...). Maybe like a Catholic Filipino becoming a re-born Christian, but still honoring their Filipino-Catholic background, family, and culture.

I would like to find a woman who is a sincere believer in Christ and get married.

Secret thing: I love kangkong, mustasa, kai lan, :) :) ...among many things of Philippine culture. :)

My lifestyle is very much that of an Artist, so it's nice if you like art and people who are not so "mainstream american" or, as we say, "cookie cutter christian".

However, I study scripture daily, and I do not smoke or drink and I am very faithful and absolutely do not cheat.

Also, as part of my faith and study of Jesus in Scripture, I do not believe in being judgmental of others, pointing fingers, or being a hypocrite.

Oh, I am very chubby! Trying to get back into shape, but in the meantime, I'm chubby.

My life has been very devoted to an outreach (ministry) running high level art projects for homeless and formerly homeless people, which besides strengthening their art ability, helps them in many ways including with self-esteem, healing relationships with family of origin and re-bonding with family, and finding housing. It was located in the intense (homelessness and severe) area called Skid Row in Los Angeles.

I considered it an honor and blessing from the Lord to serve, and as Jesus admonished us, to be a servant to others. The project was very successful and became well known, and blessed my own life so very much, as it is a blessing to serve others.

At this point in my life, I'm semi-retired, meaning focusing on continued study of scripture, and doing my art, oil painting, drawing and photography.

At the University, besides Art, I also heavily studied Asian Culture as it has been a lifelong love of mine. I lived in, and grew up in the Lord, an upcountry rural area, Haiku, Maui which, like all Hawaii, is predominantly Asian-American, with the single biggest population being Filipino/Filipina American. So I knew and worked with and went to church with Filipinos and came to highly respect the culture.

I cannot move to the Philippines though due to a health condition I developed making tropical and subtropical climates difficult.

But I live on a peninsula that juts out into the Pacific Ocean (yet high up so safe from tsunamis!) and, while it seems like its own town, is the southernmost tip of Los Angeles, California.

I lived in the rural country for many years of my life, including a beautiful area called Big Sur, California.

I loved it. But I'm glad that this rather hidden and beautiful place I now live, called Point Fermin, San Pedro, California, is surrounded by the ocean and trees and nature, yet still commutable to all parts of Los Angeles where my family is.

It is important to note that I am poor by American standards, but I have a very modest but secure steady income, and have a comfortable life and beautiful little home just big enough for two, which would be yet more beautiful if the Lord allows me to find my mate.
